The idea

In our journey alongside transformations, we always prioritize continuing education. Initially, individuals couldn't register for events independently, and we weren't particularly recognized for standalone continuing education programs. Despite this, we delivered these programs with great success and received positive feedback. Recognizing the potential for improvement, we introduced blended learning, including self-directed microlearning with the ChApp. This approach aims to enhance the learning experience by breaking down content into bite-sized pieces and incorporating more hands-on activities.

Timmermann Academy's mission: "We enable people to improve themselves, others, and organizations."

That's how the Timmermann Academy was born. We love guiding individuals on their learning journeys, sharing our expertise and enthusiasm in areas like change, communication, leadership, teamwork, and agility. While our focus is mainly on providing continuing education programs for organizations, we also offer a few open-enrolment programs for individuals to join, such as the Change Management Professional training - Living Change.

Do you want to be the person who remains clear-headed in such situations and drives change forward? Then Living Change Training (LCA) is right for you.

What makes the Living Change Training (LCA) special?

  • 9 months of intensive learning and development phases
  • 4 on-site modules of 3 days each at our office (“Timmerland”) in Munich
  • Trainers with experience from McKinsey, BCG, and extensive change practice
  • Small (limited) training group
  • Content with depth and a clear focus on everyday working life
  • Target group: Executives, project managers, change managers, consultants, coaches, HR managers, and change enthusiasts
  • Certificate as a Change Management Professional (certified by Qualitätsring Coaching und Beratung e. V.)
  • Work directly on your change project: Together, we will work on your personal project, seamlessly combining training and everyday life.
  • Become part of a change-enthusiastic learning community that supports and challenges each other. Many participants remain connected long after the training is over – one of the important factors in the effectiveness of the training

You will become the person who drives change forward, even when the context is challenging.

LCA schedule

  • Four 3-day modules in Munich over approximately 8-9 months.
  • In between modules, there will be peer coaching, collegial case consultation, self-organized learning phases, and support from trainers.
  • The training is consistently oriented toward real situations from your professional environment.

Module 1: Basics

  • Fundamentals of change, diagnostics, role as a change agent
  • You will develop a clear understanding of dynamics, influencing factors, and your own scope for action.

Module 2: Setup

  • Setting up change processes, shaping communication, using agility
  • You will learn what a good start looks like and how to get people on board right from the start.

Module 3: Intervention

  • Planning measures, leading groups, coaching, moderation
  • You shape situations, practice presence, and gain confidence in dealing with groups.

Module 4: Staying on Track

  • Resistance, conflicts, and challenging dynamics
  • You practice stability, clarity, and consistent control, even in difficult moments.

Investition

  • €8,400 plus VAT (currently equivalent to €9,996 including VAT)
  • Meals, materials, and support between modules are included
  • We are so confident in the content and methods of our change management training that you can withdraw from the remaining modules free of charge after the first module if you are dissatisfied with the training

World improvement scholarship

Because we are truly committed to supporting people who act on their convictions, we have created the “World Improvement Scholarship.” With this scholarship, the Timmermann Group covers 30% of the training costs for particularly suitable participants and also supports them with individual change management coaching.

Whether you are a consultant, manager, HR manager, or (prospective) change management coach, the most important factor for the scholarship is motivation:

  1. Emotional and cognitive interest in change
  2. Willingness to really develop yourself: “Change starts with the person in the mirror”

We award scholarships to participants who we believe meet these criteria to an unusually high degree:

  2. Experience with and enjoyment of change management
