Hello, I'm the Nilpard. I represent Timmermann as a “heraldic animal”. My backside is that of a hippo, my front part is that of a cheetah. I stand for “transform stability”. With my agile front and my stable back, I combine two seemingly opposite characteristics. But I am steadfast and yet agile. This means that I am constantly evolving without being fragile or unstable. “Transform stability” is a state that we at Timmermann strive for every day, e.g. B. by being a learning community. We also help our clients to achieve this agile and at the same time stable state. The blue color symbolizes our structured way of thinking, while red represents our open hearts. In our journey alongside transformations, we always prioritize continuing education. Initially, individuals couldn't register for events independently, and we weren't particularly recognized for standalone continuing education programs. Despite this, we delivered these programs with great success and received positive feedback. Recognizing the potential for improvement, we introduced blended learning, including self-directed microlearning with the ChApp. This approach aims to enhance the learning experience by breaking down content into bite-sized pieces and incorporating more hands-on activities.

Being an actual do-gooder is not a status you achieve at some point. It is a continuous journey. With Living Change, the Change Management Professional training in Munich, you will design a major stage on this journey within a good six months:
Living Change begins once or twice a year with one training group at a time. Over the course of our change management training, this group grows together into a learning community that meets for 4 face-to-face modules.

You make a financial contribution of € 8,400 plus VAT (currently € 9,996 gross) for all 4 modules together. All catering and conference costs as well as the support between the modules are already included in the price.
We are absolutely confident in the quality and effectiveness of our change management training program. If you are not satisfied after the first module, you can withdraw free of charge.
Therefore, the payment of the 1st module of 2.100 € plus VAT (currently equals 2.499,00 € gross) will be made separately until 3 weeks before the 1st module. If you do not withdraw after the first module, you will pay the remaining amount of 6.300 € plus VAT (currently 7.497,00 € gross) until 3 weeks before the 2nd module.
As it is of great importance to us to empower individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact, we have established the "World Changer Scholarship". The Timmermann Group covers 30% of the training expenses for exceptionally qualified participants and provides them with personalized change management coaching.

We accompany you on your way to becoming a successful change facilitator. The Living Change training takes about half a year including project work (optional). You can also participate in the 1st module separately or book it at a later time. It represents a coherent basic course.
