Change Management Jobs for Consultant Personalities
Are you looking for a job in change management? A consultant must quickly understand complex issues, structure them and develop suitable solutions. For this, you need a clear, quick mind that can analyze and solve even complex problems with ease. This is how we achieve depth for accurate solution approaches, which you generate with us with your intelligence and great pleasure in analytical, creative and emotional-social work.
People who want to connect personally with us and our clients and also develop themselves when things get difficult.
In order to make a lasting impact through change, it is crucial to connect with people on an emotional level. We seek individuals with empathy, strong interpersonal skills, courage, and authenticity.
When guiding others through personal transformations, leading by example in your own growth is essential. This entails continuous professional and personal development, addressing deep-rooted issues like self-assurance, ego, aggression, and empathy. A strong drive for personal growth and a willingness to embrace new experiences are key qualities we value.
People who have experience in what we do.
If you are interested in joining us as a Junior Consultant, we welcome individuals from diverse academic backgrounds. While prior practical experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite for consideration.
To excel as a consultant, hands-on experience through internships or early work exposure is essential.
Moving up to the Senior Consultant level and beyond requires a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in consulting, as well as expertise in training, coaching, mediation, and facilitation, are key assets for success in this role.
To transition directly from Project Leader, you must possess project management expertise within a consultancy that utilizes the methodologies of leading strategy firms.
If you want to join as (Associate) Partner, you need experience as Junior Partner or Partner in a consultancy working with the methods of the top strategy consultancies, significant change management experience and sales experience.
